Les entreprises adaptées étaient précédemment appelées ateliers protégés et ateliers sociaux. Ces entreprises emploient des personnes qui ne peuvent pas trouver de travail sur le marché du travail régulier. Le but de ce type d'entreprises adaptées est social, pas économique.

A custom-made company looks for work for its employees, while a commercial company looks for employees for their work. A commercial company aims to maximize profits, while a custom-made company aims to maximize employment.

Non, we do not put our head in the sand and we do not need to beat around the bush. Life is not always fair and certainly not equal for everyone. There are 100 different reasons why you can no longer fit into the regular job market. At Ramblaz, we believe that everyone is unique and has their own unique qualities. Just like in school, there are students who are good at math, while others excel in languages. Everyone has the right to be themselves and should be treated with respect. Furthermore, we believe that there are still too many prejudices and that people are too quick to label others.

This is why we gladly provide work to people who cannot find employment in the regular job market. In this way, we want to show that everyone can contribute to society.

Samenwerking Bewel: Plusieurs types d'activités

Last year, we started a collaboration with the local custom company Bewel in Hasselt. In the meantime, many different activities have already been outsourced, but always with the same result: quality!

Campagne de marketing: kit d'introduction

Une première mission réussie était une campagne marketing où 500 entreprises ont reçu un kit d'introduction. La tâche de Bewel était de composer ces kits, puis de les emballer et de les envoyer. Comme c'était notre première collaboration, notre responsable de Marcom, Joren, a pris un moment pour examiner la commande avant de l'envoyer. Il était remarquable de voir à quel point chaque boîte était bien finie et emballée de la même manière.
